The Designer agrees to provide graphic design services as listed in the “deliverables” section in the final agreement. The Designer agrees they will remain the sole provider for the term of this project. All work will remain unique, original, and free of any plagiarism.
Payments
Minimum 40% downpayment required before the project commences. Balance to be paid on completion of deliverables. If the scope of work changes at any point during the project, I [YGD] will reevaluate and let you [The Client] know the new cost before proceeding.
Up to 2 revisions are included in the agreed package. If revisions exceed 2, they will be charged $[dependent on service] for each revision.
The Client shall pay each invoice which is properly due and submitted to by the Designer, within 15 days of receipt, to a payment option nominated in writing by the Designer. If the Client fails to pay any amount payable by the invoice under this agreement, the Designer may charge the Client interest on the overdue amount from the due date up to the date of actual payment, after as well as before judgment, at the rate of 10% per every 7 days late, or part thereof.
In case of termination of the agreement, the 40% downpayment is non-refundable.
Confidentiality
The Designer hereby acknowledges he/she may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client’s past, future, present, Client names, marketing plans, project information, and financial documents.
The Designer agrees to protect all the above information and keep any information obtained confidential.
Yearwood Graphic Design has the right to use deliverables for marketing use.
Full terms will be given and tailored to each service rendered.
