Do you provide hosting and domain names?

I don’t currently provide free hosting and domains but I can recommend a very affordable and reliable hosting provider. I also walk along with you so you can secure your domain name. This is to make sure that you always remain the owner of your new website!

How long will my website take to build?

Every website is unique, so timelines can vary greatly, but to my general timeline is a turnaround between 2-6 weeks. Generally speaking, the website will only take a long time if I am still waiting for text and images from yourself.

How do we communicate throughout the website build?

Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initially chat on the phone or via Zoom to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email.

This makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all the information saved and can come back to it later. Once I’ve finished the project, I will book in your 1hr handover training session.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes I do, we can discuss your needs on our discovery call.

Do you provide support after the project is completed?

Yes, I do! I offer email support for 30 days after project completion.

Do you provide images, videos, and content?

I don’t currently offer content creation for your website, however, before we start building I provide you with a list of website needs based on our conversations. This helps you provide the right content for your website. If you need help with something specific, I am always happy to discuss your needs.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

Nope! I work with clients all over the world. I work remotely, so location won’t be an issue.

Are the websites you build unique?

Just like every person and business is different, every website is too! I build custom websites based on your needs.

Where will you build my website?

I am versed in building websites on WordPress. I also offer website builds on Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix. I always recommend which platform might be best for you based on your needs.

Will I be able to update the site myself when it is finished?

Yes! I will provide a 1hr training handover session on how you can update the site yourself. I am also available for 30 days after project completion for any questions you might have.

How much do you charge for a website?

All websites are unique and tailored to you and your needs. Because of this, prices vary. My website packages usually range from $3,500-$9,000+ TTD

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I split the payment into two. The first 40% is a down payment to begin the process. The final 60% is taken right before website handoff.

Will my website be mobile friendly?

Yes. Your website will be fully responsive and will look great on all devices. It comes as standard.

Can you purchase stock images for me?

Yes. I can purchase the images for your website. I use stock image websites such as iStock and Shutterstock to buy professional images. If you have a niche market and business, I can get you in contact with a great photographer so that all your images are unique and tailored to you.

Will you meet with me face to face?

No. All my client meetings are done over Zoom or via the phone. With technology, it’s rare that I NEED to meet people face to face.

I am always happy to meet you in person if you need to but I’ll arrange a consultation price for travel and possible accommodation depending on the distance.

Do you set up my Facebook, Instagram page etc.?

Yes, I can. Social media is not a part of the web design process. However, you can check out my social media services and I’ll be able to help you out.

Can you design/brand_______ for me?

Most likely yes, but to be sure, how about you shoot me a message?

I walk alongside you so that your designs come out the way you envisioned.

How many revisions do I get?

Most projects come with 3 revisions after the initial concept. Any revisions after that will be charged on a revision basis. Keep in mind before beginning any work, I make sure to understand your needs.

Can you rework my existing logo?

Yes, I can. I can redo your logo to update it to your needs.

Can you create a unique logo for me?

Of course, I can. All logos are created bespoke to you and your needs.

What files do I get from a logo design with you?

Depending on your logo, you get your files in the following formats in both colour and black and white.
JPG, PNG, EPS, SVG, and AI

How does your design process work?

Depending on the project, I create based off our initial conversations and your needs. Once created I provide you with the design to review for changes. Once approved, final payments will be due and I hand over your completed digital files.

Who owns the copyright for the designs you produce?

Copyright for all work carried out by Yearwood Graphic Design transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. I do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes or in my portfolio.

I need something designed yesterday, is this possible?

Sometimes customers require my services at very short notice. I can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full my production schedule is. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional charge on top of the quoted price.

Can you print/produce my designs?

Yes, I can! Though I am not a printer, I can act as a liaison to get your prints and products created and delivered right to you.

How do I pay?

Depending on your project, a 40% down payment will be needed to commence work. Once you have approved everything the final 60% is taken right before handoff of deliverables.

I accept Cash, Bank transfers, PayPal, Zelle, WiPay, and all major credit and debit cards.

Can you set up my Facebook, Instagram page etc.?

Yes, I can. I offer account creation and setup for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

I want a couple of posting templates for my feed. Can you help?


Yes, I can, depending on your needs, I can build out several feed and story posts for you to be able to edit and post whenever you want!
I build these templates in Adobe programs and then convert them to an easy-to-use template for you. This can be Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Spark, or Canva.

How many templates can I get?

As many as you need. Depending on which platform you want to use, I will create your templates to size to fit and be posted without any weird crops. 

For example, for Instagram, I suggest a minimum of 9 templates. 

What is monthly posting content?

If you don’t have the time to edit and post your own content. I can do it for you. I will curate your monthly posts and give you the best days and times to post so that you stay active and relevant.

What you get: Your monthly posts sized and written out for you, just waiting to be posted.

I just need one post designed, can you help?

Most definitely, I can create unique one-of-a-kind post designs that match you and your brand’s needs.

I need help with my cover photo display picture.

I can help with that, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube can have some complicated sizing guidelines.

To make sure your pictures work on both laptops and mobile, let me take the reins and design something for you that is the right size.

Will my designs be unique?

Of course. You and your needs are unique so your templates and designs will be too.

Will I be able to edit all my designs?

You will be able to edit any editable templates, for other deliverables, you will be given designed and ready to be posted JPG files sized for social media.

How much do you charge for your social media designs?

Social media design prices vary by what you need. Prices for social media deliverables start at as little as $75 TTD.
